Jon I, A Game of Thrones: "Jon swelled with pride. "Robb is a stronger lance than I am, but I'm the better sword, and Hullen says I sit a horse as well as anyone in the castle." " This doesn't mean Jon is a better fighter it just means that Robb and Jon are each better in some areas of combat than the other, but essentially on the same level, yet in the mod Jon is one tier above Robb (as for that matter is Theon). Even putting this asside the mod assumes he does not improve his fighting despite the multiple battles he leads from the front in the Wot5K, if he was already a skilled fighter this would be fine but staying at trained fighter despite regular battles just seems unlikely. I'd argue he should become a skilled fighter at the same time as Jon and Theon, but even becoming a skilled fighter after Whispering Wood would at least make sense.

Robb is also described as strong, but he's missing that trait. Though, i understand that's a choice given how some other "strong" characters are described.
I'd give Robb robust, and trained warrior, as a compromise between both.

Bran 1. "The deserter died bravely," Robb said. He was big and broad and growing every day, with his mother's coloring, the fair skin, red-brown hair, and blue eyes of the Tullys of Riverrun. "He had courage, at the least." "No," Jon Snow said quietly. "It was not courage. This one was dead of fear. You could see it in his eyes, Stark." Jon's eyes were a grey so dark they seemed almost black, but there was little they did not see. He was of an age with Robb, but they did not look alike. Jon was slender where Robb was muscular, dark where Robb was fair, graceful and quick where his half brother was strong and fast"

I'm thinking both as skilled fighters but with Jon as brawny and Jon with the in fit condition modifier perhaps (its such a shame the agile trait from CO isn't a vanilla trait)

Ned's not a big man himself and Robb favors the Tully side. Both Edmure and Hoster are/were big, robust men. Jon could also take after Ashara in being lean and attractive. "Never ask me about Jon again!".... Nobody mentioned Jon, Ned, Catelyn asked about Ashara.

Yeah Ned seems small for a Stark - Brandon was described as tall and strong, Benjen is described as long legged, and the Karstarks are also described as big men, as are all the statues in the crypt. One thing I'm wondering is Eddard short or just short in comparison to Brandon - I remember Catelyn thinking he was shorter and plainer of face than Brandon but is he actually short? Plus he was 16 when they met and could have still had growing to do

(its such a shame the agile trait from CO isn't a vanilla trait) Yes agreed.... as many of those CO traits are and there are good canon book examples were even the different levels of a certain trait can be integrated. (Like the tall, tall_1 and tall_2) trait..... and the shorter versions of those. I made a proposal that explained how Arya, Syrio and various other crannogmen could have a short trait, with the other 2 short levels going into dwarfism.)
For the strong level of examples it's just harder to categorize. Strong indicates a natural genetic factor, where as robust/brawny would indicate a trained level of fitness, wich would come with the physical but also could come with certain mental health boosts. There are examples that explain muscle's variety, yet either gained trough birth or trough training is unsure. A scrawny person like Arya could achieve muscle training trough.... well, training.
Who knows, maybe if there are enough good examples that help to distinguish and flesh out these CO traits, there's a chance of integration into the main mod.
