Most proposals probably have allready been mentioned, if not several times over. Maybe there are some details still overlooked.
•Consider adding a tall trait for Osha. In BranV she's always referred to as tall woman and one account mentions her being a head taller then Robb, who a few weeks later would be at near the same height as Catelyn. Perhaps even a robust trait aswell.
•Perhaps also a trained_fighter for Tyrion.... Eventhough he's a dwarf..... He's killed several men in battle, even captured a knight and has showed pretty cool combat tactics on the field. Tyrion and his axe are pretty badass.
•Consider friendship between Jon and Tyrion after their time at the wall. If anything, the foundation of their friendship part probably will play out a great deal in their future's if/when they'd meet back up again. •Consider friendship between Tyrion and Bronn aswell •Bronn is ambidextrous, wielding two blades in their first brawl against the mountainclans. Ambidextrous isn't a trait in vanilla?
•Consider removing the ruthless trait from Jaime after loosing his swordshand. His whole captivety with brienne not only humble's him but it just makes him reconsider his previous life's choices. •Consider adding friendship between Jaime and Brienne.
•Consider a skilled_fighter and brave trait for Beric Dondarrion.
•Consider giving Beskha the nickname "the Basilisk" •Aswell giving her a strong and or robust trait, she's pretty buffed in the telltale game. •Aswell a master_warrior trait, knowing her way around as an ambidextrous fighter.

Perhaps even a robust trait aswell. There is no "Tall" trait. The Giant trait has the tag "tall" in the game files, but that's just an internal name for it. The Giant trait represents a truly huge character with potential giant's blood in them. It goes way beyond just being a tall person. I'm not quite sure where you got Brawny (I assume you meant Brawny, since its internal tag is "robust," and you used the internal tag for the Giant trait as well) from - she's described as "tall and lean" which doesn't sound very muscular to me. Bronn is ambidextrous, wielding two blades in their first brawl against the mountainclans. Ambidextrous isn't a trait in vanilla? Ambidextrous is not a trait, no.

Yes, brawny or perhaps even a level of a strong trait, wichever would fit better. The reasoning behind it is from this chapter, were she carries Bran around trough the yard and trough the crypts. I don't know the exact details of distance she carried him or how heavy an 8/9 year old Bran is but carrying anything between 40-60 kg's for several 100 meters, not to mention for aslong as between 5-15 minutes(!) would require a person who has some great physical strength and shape. Something wich could be achieved from training, or speculating.... from a hard life beyond the wall. Bran VII "Summer, come," Bran called as she lifted him in wiry-strong arms. The direwolf left his bone and followed as Osha carried Bran across the yard and down the spiral steps to the cold vault under the earth. Maester Luwin went ahead with a torch. Bran did not even mind—too badly—that she carried him in her arms and not on her back.
I've been doing a reread, with only parts of CoK left and then will continue the reread in the correct order, so certain details stick out easily when comparing them over the mod.
Having various levels of height and even for strength as it is with the CO mod could benefit for alot of characters. Those traits give advantage in combat and even for an overal opinion.
Most of Osha's comparisons are from Bran..... and Bran is not always for exact details, but can do rough estimates. And one account mentions her being a head taller then Robb, who a few weeks later would be at near the same height as Catelyn.
My estimation therefor for Osha's height would be around 1.80-1.95(5.9ft-6.3ft) Perhaps befitting a first level of tall.
Catelyn is a better resource for details and estimations, she's more exact and reliable. For example she mentions Dacey Mormont to be a six-footer. Wich would also befit a first level of tall.... or maybe even a second level.
Catelyn X Dacey Mormont, Lady Maege's eldest daughter and heir to Bear Island, a lanky six-footer who had been given a morningstar at an age when most girls were given dolls.
I'm not a huge fan myself for 3 levels of dwarfism that have negative modifiers but rather suggest the last two levels having a negative opinion modifier, with the first level having it's own trait and just being shorter then average and perhaps having a higher chance to being lightfooted and agile. Something befitting Arya, Syrio and various Crannogmen.
As with Jaime, Tywin would also benefit from a level of tall. Perhaps even a strong or robust/brawny trait.
Tyrion VII
"Tywin Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock and Warden of the West, was in his middle fifties, yet hard as a man of twenty. Even seated, he was tall, with long legs, broad shoulders, a flat stomach. His thin arms were corded with muscle."
