Uh out of curiosity, since erbkaiser is inactive atm would it be okay/possible if someone made a 2.1 compatible version? It's ridiculous how much I need this mod. Sadly I myself am too stupid to do it. I've updated the More Bloodlines version for 2.1. Haven't tested it a lot but it's worked fine so far. If anyone wants me to take it down please let me know. Sadly I myself am too stupid to do it. To be honest you don't really have to be smart to update already made mods (mostly), and I really recommend people that play this game for dozens or hundreds of hours learn to do it rather than waiting for mod authors to do it, it's definitely worth the time. An extremely simplified summary of a way to do it: get some type of program that can compare text files (I use Notepad++ with the Compare plugin), the submod you want to update, and the version of the main mod it was made for. Any files from the submod's folders that are in the same folders in the main mod, open both versions in your Compare tool, find the differences. Now open up the same file but in the version you're updating to, add the changes the submod makes in the correct spots (generally not on the same exact line but if you Ctrl+F the event or decision or whatever that's modified you should be able to figure it out). There's more to it than that at times but when you start doing it you'll learn. I still can't make mods worth a damn but I've updated Congenital Overhaul for my own use several times because I can't bring myself to play without it.

I also can't play without it, haha. It'd be good to see what you changed as well so I can do it myself in the future.

I've been working on getting a massive Skyrim load order finalized and working and I still have to play the damn game when I do, lol. Plus just started a new semester of college classes. It will probably be a while.

For anyone still having problems with getting the 2.0 version to work without CTD, I think ive found the problem... It seems that hundreds of Essosi valyrians are spawned in at startdate and move to populate the shores of Volantis after the creation of the ruined provinces
Each valyrian court in volantis has upwards of 200-300 courtiers each, even some subholdings.
Haven't the foggiest idea of how to fix this so any help would be brilliant
Perhaps this is causing the crashes some people are experiencing

Getting the same thing, using the 2.1 more bloodlines version provided by rein, although on further inspection it seems like there could be a thousand of these spawned Essosi Valyrian courtiers, almost every court in the free cities has at least four if not more, lots of Westerosi courts on the coast facing Essos have a few as well.

This mod should cull most of these courtiers on the second day. Works for 2.0 as well I think. Download

I don't recall CV needing much of a patch with CO though, what files are in both, just the scripted triggers? Or do you mean just a 2.1 update for CO? That's done, check my past posts or the later pages of its thread.
