Greetings!
In mod, there are a number of possibilities to “get rid” of a character, but there are not so many ways to return it.
Not only to the court, but also in the dynastic race. Some options would help improve this.
1) Renounce vow of Celibacy. In the Original CK2, this can be done by joining knight society. In the mod, while there are no such, but there are characters with celibacy. For example - Brienna Tarth and Lancel Lannister.
2) Decision or plot to “break” the monastic vow, the vow of the Night's Watch and the vow of maester for a relative character. Yes, on the first look, this sounds not quite fair.
But if you set the right conditions for such a decishion, then this will allow the release of relatives, strengthen the meager dynasties and act out dishonest characters. Many of the small dynasties have relatives on the Wall, and even in theory cannot pull them out. In addition, this new feature will allow the release of new characters (appearing from player actions), if they were bound by an oath. Yes, the character can be kidnapped, but it will disserve a relationship with him/her and does not allow to marry and have children.
For characters at court, you can make a decision "Forced to renouncing oath" or something like that for arbitrary rulers. The relationship with the character deteriorates, but he / she gets the Oathbreaker trait, replacing the vows trait.
For off-court characters, you can make a plot similar to an "escape from slavery", also giving an Oathbreaker trait, but not reducing the relationship between the player’s character and the released
3) The character "Mother Mole" no children. Given her age, she is unlikely to be able to give birth. Hardly anyone will play for her, but without a son or daughter, no one can.
It is a small offtopic, but indirectly also related to childbirth and dynasty
4) Decision to return Asher Forrester to the family. The ban from the father is unlikely to continue after him (or with him) with enmity with the Whitehills.
A simple target decision that clears the trait forbid_marriage is what is missing when playing for Forresters. Yes, technically, he can go back home, but he still has a trait not allowing him to marry and have children. It can be removed by the console command, but it hits the atmosphere and not many know title of this trait. Moreover, in the game from Telltale, Asher, nevertheless, violates the prohibition, it means you can give the opportunity to do or speed it up in the mod.
