I'm looking into what could be done to make it work until OP comes back. I haven't really tested much yet, but the main issue seems to be with the way crowns are displayed (makes sense since that's pretty much the only thing concerning portraits they changed in 2.1). That one should be a relatiely easy fix (I have never really looked into graphics modding, but I think I'm getting the hang of it), in the meantime you can replace the "gfx/characters" folder of your GoT mod with the old 2.0.1 one.

Looked into updating it for myself as well. It's gone easy enough except that there's a new Half-Southron portrait file in the base mod and I lack the knowledge/ability to make those portraits consistent with the other ones changed by this mod.
Although now that I'm looking at Faces Modification's culture files I'm not sure this matters, as Half-Southrons have their portraits changed by FM anyway.
