So I was reading A World of Ice & Fire and I noticed that Visenya didn't think that they could take casterly rock even with dragons. Maybe casterly rock should be immune to the dragon siege decision, that way it would be more difficult for me to take casterly rock from tywin with my dragons and I couldn't just insta-win burn them all alive. It'd be cool to have that little bit of lore represented.
