A suggestion to add leeches as an artifact to Roose Bolton the Leech Lord.
It would work the same as Shade of the Evening artifact,if he uses it he gets more pale skin the same portrait affect as if he was ill.
I think the leeches should be an artifact only for Roose and have negative health effects.Other lords could get the leeches as a treatment for an illness and then have it stay as an artifact with a decision to stop using them.Maybe it could cure some minor illnesses like malaise,and fever or headaches by acting as a placebo,but make serious diseases like syphilis more worse.I also think it makes Roose look more intimidating when being pale with black hair like this:
The ingame screenshot is close(roose is sick and has black hair) but still a portrait effect could be added to make him look even paler.I cant remember if Rooses hair colour was ever mentioned in the books but for me he just looks better with black hair to contrast his pale skin like in the screenshot.(Also in many artworks he is depicted with black hair)
