Some ideas I've had for flavor in regards to the three "Baratheon" kids is, if they win all of their wars, and there's no rival Baratheon claimant, they should get an event where they lose the 'Suspected Bastard' modifier, simply because there'd be no one challenging their inheritance. They should also have the option of either keeping the Stag/Lion Coat of Arms or switching back to the plain stag. Again, since there's no rival claimant alive in this scenario, and it'd show Joffrey or Tommen are growing out of the Lannister influence they've surrounded their regime with.
Alternatively, they can go back to their Lannister roots if they've picked the Lannister dynasty in the initial event where you pick your dynasty, which I think is a rather nice addition. This would be good if you're, say, playing as Tommen in AFFC bookmark and decide to give up the throne (to either fAegon or Daenerys, I doubt Stannis would accept) and assume control of Casterly Rock and the Westerlands as Cersei's heir.

Thing is even if no one is directly challenging them enough people can put 2 & 2 together and work out they look nothing like Robert leaving a lingering suspicion that maybe Stannis was right which is what the suspected bastard modifier mimics - even decades after Redgrass Field people like Ser Eustace were saying Daeron was the Dragonknight's bastard.
