Great tourneys are rare events, happening once or twice in the lifetime of a character. So if you are a formidable fighter and manage to win, say, three of them, I'd say the character is good enough to be celebrated with a bloodline. The effect could be characters being more likely to gain fighting skills, or if this is too hard to script, a minor bump to personal combat or at least a prestige bonus.
In cannon, being known as the offspring of a formidable fighter like, say, Quentyn Ball did both give the claimant a degree of prestige and made them try harder to live up to all kinds of "great fighter" expectations.

I like this and will try and add it to More Bloodlines along with something similar for grand northern mêlées etc - I think a boost to personal combat, +1 martial and a higher chance of becoming brave would be most appropriate - thoughts?
