House Mudd does have a bloodline but it is only active if they become Kings of the Trident again. If you want them to have it from the game start use the console to fire the event (under royal_proclamations event file I believe, you'll have to check for the exact number). Alternatively you can play in a older bookmark before they fall and they will have it

LP holds k_riverlands. If you grant the Mudds the Trident they will eventually develop the bloodline to get a claim to it but its not as powerful as the actual Mudd bloodline
