I think Jon accepting Stannis' offer should make him follow R'hllor. Really his change to lord of Winterfell, his marriage to Val, and his conversion to the Lord of Light should all come together in the same event, since Stannis certainly presents them to Jon as a package deal, take-it-or-leave-it. But given that the event to marry Val is treated in the mod as a seperate event, which is understandably done as a way to give the player greater freedom to choose, the event to accept Stannis gods as his own could also be a seperate event that comes later if Jon chooses to side with Stannis. Regardless of how it could be implemented as an event, I think it ought to be an option clearly offered to the player. Otherwise it seems to go against the offer as it is presented in ASoS.
