I can not for the life of me get this option to show up. I've gone on the quest and got the sword, it doesn't give me the trait though, but the generic sword is in my treasury.
Still no option. I've even added the trait via console command after having the generic sword.. still no option.
I have even console launched the event and selected a blacksmith, even though that's not how I want to do it.. but nothing ever happens. I never get any other event pop ups.
Any help?
