I'm working on it right now, I'm trying to get a version out today if I can, but if I can't it won't be until Sunday at the earliest, as I'm moving back to Uni tomorrow. I've also decided (for now at least) to use the West Slavic portraits for the Stone Dornish, South for the Salt Dornish and the Muslim portraits for the Sand Dornish.

I'm just doing some testing, but I've got an initial version done, I've only updated the main cultures (Andals, First Men, Dornish, Ironborn, Valyrian, and the Strong Seed ones) so far. So most of the Essosi cultures will be lacking the Holy Fury/3.0 features like the Fat and Malnourished traits affecting portraits. I figured I'd get the stuff that most people would use done first and get a version out for the people (like me) who can't play without this mod.

The new version is now up on the first page. If you find any issues let me know. Now I can jump into the new version of AGOT myself.

The issue with the Ironborn portraits has been fixed. The clothing/headgear misalignment issue with a lot of the Essosi cultures is because I haven't updated them yet, I wanted to get a version out for people to use over the weekend.

Hey man, great mod! Just wanted to ask a question. I know how to change the portraits, but I don't know where to find the faces IDs (is that what's it called?) I just wanted to change Valyrian portraits to the new slavic portraits from Holy Fury, but I might as well know where to find the rest if I want to change some of the faces of other cultures. Thanks for the mod man

tubbs Bug report: Version 1.8, sub-mod: Valyrian Freehold. High Valyrian women have over 12 different ear options and most of them are missing the actual texture.

So this is the first time I’m using the mod. So far I really enjoy the new look, though there are a few characters that feel a bit...off...if that makes sense. Mostly Daenerys, who kind of looks a bit ugly now, and Rhaegar, though mostly it’s his hair that feels wrong too. Is there any way to change/fix this in the submod?

There is a way, go create a character with the custom character creator, make them look like how you want. Now save as that character (MAKE SURE THE SAVE IS UNCOMPRESSED - USE CHECK BOX). Now, open the save, which should be located under documents/paradox/ck2/a game of thrones/save games and near the very top you'll see player_portrait= and under that you'll have a dna="something" and properties="something else" copy those entries and paste them in the respective character file, in the case of Rhaegar and Daenarys this would be the Crownlands character file located at documents/paradox/ck2/mod/a game of thrones (DIFFERENT FOLDER THAN THE ONE ABOVE)/history/characters. Just ctrl+f for the chracter (make sure it's the right character as names are constantly reused, it should be pretty self evident based on the traits) and paste the dna and properties over the old entries and save. It sounds sort of complicated all written out but that's just because I wanted to be clear, other than the character creation it all takes literal seconds once you know what you're doing.

Oh and they have to be of the correct GFX culture/culture too, there is a work around to this but it's not as easy to do and I don't think it's necessary in this case.
