Shouldn’t squires have one or two battle events since squires tended to accompany their knights in battle and even participate in the battles. Yes it would bring them in harms way but that’s a risk many in medieval nobility chose to take.

I was going to suggested that battle-events should sometimes scope to any children you are guarding of if they are male, of a certain age, and have certain traits such as squire or say, trained fighter.
