1.Add Heterochromia(different coloured eyes)---------Tyrion has different coloured eyes as does Euron Grejoy and Shiera Seastar bastard daughter of Aegon IV.
2.Add a decision for one-eyed or blind characters to buy a gemstone(ruby,garnet,sapphire,diamond or even pearls and obsidian) instead of eyepatch---------Only example would be Aemond who put a sapphire in place of his missing eye.
3.Incorporate the submod "Mixed Valyrian Ethnicities" which allows for a Dothraki(or anyone else) to have High Valyrian features and keep their own features.----------Example is of course Rhaego the son of Dany and Drogo.
4.Add a decision to remove character lips.This is not in the books as far as I know but considering the harelip trait already looks quite similar to completely missing lips maybe expand that look to missing the entire lips and add a torture decision for it.
5.Characters who have been flayed to death could maybe get a portrait where their whole face is a skinless,flesh and blood skull.Sorta like white walker portrait only with muscles and missing lips,eyelids and ears.---------This one may be a little bit too gruesome now that I come to think of it
6.Robert Arryns child portrait should not have blonde hair----------In the books he has brown hair
7.Maybe add "Red Death" disease portrait.My idea would be a streak of blood coming from the eyes and going all across the face.Sorta like crying blood.And maybe some greyscale like spots on the face.-------In the book World of Ice and Fire the Red Death causes copious bleeding from every body orifice and it causes the skin to shredd like wet parchment.
8.Add Wights portrait.This is a bit more complicated but I would like to see is not only wights in the game with their own portraits but also characters who have been killed fighting White Walkers should come back as Wights with their own portrait albeit pale,with blue eyes and maybe a little bit of dark blue colour to their neck to imitate congealed blood that Wights have on their hands and feet.They should also be rotten and disfigured depending on the difference between time of death and the time of resurrection.For example a dead Jon Snow if killed and then immediately resurrected should retain most of his looks and only gain blue eyes and pale skin.But if he is resurrected 2 months after death he should have already be rotten to the point that a piece of skull should be visible.But after resurrection all decay stops as was pointed out by the author.-------This is more complicated because its not only a lot of portrait modding but also scripting to allow white walker resurrection.
9.The last suggestion is to change when and how a character gets grey hair.The current old age portrait should be pushed to at least 60 years of age.But also a character should be able to get grey hair before that from stress,depression or just genetics like Theon got from being imprisoned or Balon who in the mod has black hair(because he is 42 when he dies) while in the books he has grey hair.Also while a character is in his late 40s or early 50s he should start getting a mix of grey hair and their natural hair like Oberyn Martell who has black hair with a few silver streaks.
