Restore the send to sept decision.

So i recall that in the previous versions of the mod if one of your courtiers would ask you to find a suitable spouse for her/him, you would get an option to force them to become septons/septas/silent sisters. I understand that that option was removed because it made it too easy to disinherit people you didn't like, but could we have it be re enabled for people who use the liberal disinheritance rules? It would definitely allow for more septas/silent sisters to pup up since we don't really see them at all, apart from certain ultra rare cases.

Suggestion: re enable the send to sept/silent sisters option for the event where your courtiers ask to get married.
