The Laughing Storm should be a Formidable Fighter

Currently Lyonel, the Laughing Storm is a skilled fighter, not a formidable fighter. Both based on his performance at Ashford Meadow (being so skilled in the melee he would knock the plumes off his opponents' helmets to amuse himself, then coming out of Trial of Seven as the most unscathed of Dunk's champions, all at the age of 17-18) and the fact the WOIAF directly refers to him as "one of greatest fighters of his day", he was clearly a preeminent swordsman and worthy of the formidable fighter trait in the same way Leo Longthorn or Cregan Stark are.
