Yea i remember that one, it was a great mod, loved it, but it's been long dead and i haven't seen it's author around here so i'd say most likely not. though you can try out the new More CoAs submod, it only has CoAs for Major house and few other ones as of yet, but the Author said he was planning on making them for Majority of Westerosi houses so we'll see.
