Some years ago, you had remapped leng by adding 2-3 time more counties. But the other far east region remain untouched. Also, thoses regions are underepresented and are supposely to be more densily populated than westeros. I suggest simply 2-3 times more counties for far east.
Maybe, with fan fiction, you could add provinces beyond fives forts to have a set up similar to beyond the wall.
