So this is a Baratheon AAR , I use More Blood Lines, I'm a Lannister/Baratheon fan, but I do enjoy my Robert play throughs and promised myself when 1.9 came out I'd write an AAR since all the ones I've read are Pro Targaryen leaning mostly

Also this is just the beginning I kind of wasn't sure if I even wanted to write starting with Robert or if I wanted to wait until the first ruler post Robert, and I was a bit overwhelmed taking the throne and those first few years making sure to get screenshots then I ended up with too many screenshots and was flabbergasted to how to start the story so hopefully subsequent chapters will be more cohesive, I'm starting with the beginning of Roberts reign in the Roberts Rebellion bookmark after having won the war, and starting as Robert as sort of a Prologue background, to set the realm up but won't be back with story updates until his heir takes the throne, and at that point ill give a state of the world, and continue the story with his heir (I really just don't want to write established characters its kinda odd to me)
Yet still, he sat somewhat pleased, though nothing had gone the way it was supposed to, Lyanna was gone taken from him by the vile Rhaegar Targaryen, Rhaegar actually sat the Iron Throne after his father was murdered by Lord Qarlton Chelsted, the man was later proclaimed a hero of the Rebellion by Robert even giving him a seat on the Small Council as Master of Coin, but none the less the Mad King was murdered, Robert’s troops sacked the city and it was Rhaegar bloody Targaryen that sat the Iron Throne when Robert and his men burst into the throne room, it was Rhaegar Targaryen that killed Lyanna though Lord Eddard and Lord Arryn voiced their opinions to send Rhaegar to the wall, Lord Tywin the new Hand of The King, though he had also been Hand under Aerys it spoke volumes to have Tywins name to the new Baratheon regime, Lord Tywin spoke in favor of execution “Your Grace” he spoke in that stern voice of his “One day when you father an heir of your own, you will want Rhaegar and his offspring gone.”
“As much as I appreciate your counsel Lord Tywin, I must differ to my Master of Laws” he said turning to motion to Lord Arryn who was speaking in favor of adding Rhaegar to the Nights Watch. “I will however leave the formal sentence for my Hand to deliver, after my coronation.” which when spoke shocked many in the room but none questioned Robert, in truth Robert had half a mind to execute Rhaegar and wanted him dealt with by a man he knew would do so efficiently. He was still mourning Lyanna, but felt worse that he seemed to feel no depression over the matter, angry at the many who took her, but in truth he sort of liked the idea of Rhaegar sitting atop the wall serving the realm, while the realm spat at his family name and his kids bent the knee. The Targaryen children fled to Driftmark and upon Robert's ascension to the Throne out of respect for House Martell he chose to leave them be, what harm can some children be he thought, if they ever grow up and start speaking of old birthrights, they will learn his house words well Ours Is The Fury.

The High Septon after Kingslanding had fallen had been taken into custody by Baratheon troops, on the guise of protection, in truth he was under house arrest so when King Robert came offering to release him from the Red Keep while also humbling himself before him asking for his blessing to officiate his rule over the realms, he gave it freely, he knew how the game was played and it gained him nothing by holding onto old loyalties or making an enemy out of the new King.

Robert had ordered his Small Council to make plans for the coronation, no expense was to be spared. This was the first coronation in almost 300 years that a Targaryen did not sit the Iron Throne, by right of conquest and by blood through his grandmother the throne was his. House Baratheon would rule the Seven Kingdoms going forward, the other houses bend the knee why not the gods too.
Not a single family missed the coronation, a grand affair every Baratheon loyalist family came to see their new King, and every family that fought for House Targaryen came to show their gratitude to the new Kings generosity for Robert did not take one head, he wanted the realm to know he was a just King, he may have lost Lyanna but he had a duty now to the realm, but also as King it now placed House Baratheon above all the rest, he wanted to set a precedent for Baratheon rule, he didn't want to end up like House Targaryen in disgrace and ruins, the Stag stands proud he thought to himself as he road from the Red Keep to the Great Sept with the cheering crowds adorning their new King.
Every man in the room watched the Fallen Prince be dragged in chains surrounded by men bearing Lannister arms, Lord Tywin offered many of his own men to the peace keeping of the city having not fought in the rebellion himself, and knowing House Baratheon's banners had been well bloodied it simply made sense as an offering to help supply the city with Lannister banners, it also did well to implant the idea of Lannister power behind the throne. Lord Tywin had his brother installed as the new Commander of the Gold Cloaks with King Robert's permission of course, as well as a brother of his late wife Joanna Lannister, installed as commander of the Dragon Gate.
Rhaegar stared blankly not speaking, as Lord Tywin now Hand of The King for a new King spoke out his sentence. "Ser Rhaegar of House Targaryen, for the crimes you and your family have committed against the realm I Tywin Lannister son of Tytos, Lord of Casterly Rock, Warden of The West, and Hand of the King in the name of Robert of The House Baratheon the First of his name King of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, and Lord of the Seven Kingdoms here by sentence you to the Wall where you will live out your days in the Gray Waste you will come to know as home, forever contemplating on the choices you have made." Tywin stood, and every man in court held their breath as he walked towards the last dragon, approaching him he looked him dead in the eyes, "Do you understand Ser Rhaegar, that you are to be transported in three days time, I will not have you or any would be supporters accost you on your way." Tywin paused for a moment and said "His grace has trusted this small matter to me, you will be transported by Lannister men, my men they will afford you no luxuries on the way I assure you." Rhaegar stared at back and spoke for the first time since being brought into the great room, "How quickly you change sides, and friends, Lord Tywin" he said disapprovingly. Tywin didn't miss a beat, "I want you to know something, my daughter Cersei is to be Roberts Queen, how differently things could have gone had your father not spurned my offer years ago." and with that Tywin motioned for the guards to have Ser Rhaegar Targaryen, last of his family to sit the Iron Throne, out of the room.
Tywin returned to the Iron Throne after passing sentence on the young former prince, and spoke one last time addressing the court in a happier tone, "On behalf of His Grace, I would like to formally announce that my daughter Cersei of House Lannister, will wed the King, we all have so much to be thankful for, the Mad King's Tyranny was ended thanks to King Robert and House Lannister pledges its support once again to House Baratheon with this union." Everyone in the gallery applauded, as Tywin thought to himself how the Seven Kingdoms now belonged to the Stag... and the Lion.
