Co-Archon For Life

In my Ironman playthrough of the Valyrian Freehold submod, I eventually unlocked the ability to declare myself Archon perpetually. After a while, I noticed that I could name my dynastic heir Co-Archon for life, however, even though I meet all the requirements to do this whenever I click the option and receive the event nothing happens. I later noticed that after my character dies I inherit nothing but the House Targaryen republic barony. I'm currently using Better Bloodline Icons, Congenital Overhaul, Valyrian Freehold Changes and Fixes, More Artifacts, Sin's Visit Chambers, AGoT Unsavory's Retinues, and AGOTMusic. (Not sure if that's the correct link, this is one of the oldest mods I have and is definitely outdated.)
