It would be nice to play as a Knight, then work up to Count, Duke, Paramount, Iron Throne.
I'm thinking make all knights have a titular title with a randomly generated name, with low levies (Like he governs a hamlet or something. With marriages, he could get alliances, and then war against the count). Although you initially cannot be a knight character, you can always use console commands to switch to one.
I don't know if this is possible, so let me know below.
