So with the new Dev Diary being about the addition of "Wonders", ie specific buildings that take generations to build and offer effects, I thought that I should get the ball rolling on this and see if there were suggestions that people had for what should be represented by the new wonders system.
From my point of view (although they would be unbuildable and already built) the Wall, the Five Forts, the Hightower, and the Titan of Braavos could all become wonders, maybe a great library for the Citadel? As for buildable wonders maybe a "Great Sept" option like the Great Sept of Baelor, Water Gardens unique to Sunspear, and a Dragonpit unique to KL. The fortress that they mention might be an interesting one - although how it is distinct from a castle holding remains to be seen - but depending on what they mean by it maybe the legendary fortresses of Westeros - Storms End, Harrenhal, Winterfell, Highgarden, the Eyrie, Moat Cailin, Sunspear, Bloody Gate, Casterly Rock, RIverrun, the Red Keep could all get a legendary fortress.
I think the main challenge is ASOIAF seems to lack the same long term building projects that the medieval world did - unlike in real history the GSoB seems to have taken ~15 years to build, whereas medieval cathedral construction would easily take 60 years+ (think Pillars of the Earth etc)

I think most of your suggestions are on point, but Oldtown itself isn't known for the Library alone. The Citadel itself is a Wonder of the world of ice and fire, it's absolutely massive.A few others could be the Valyrian Roads, Great Pyramids of Ghis, etc. Here's a list of actual wonders confirmed in the books. Wonders Made by Man

As for buildable ones, there's a few potential "generic" options based on history. For instance, if someone wanted to devote incredible amounts of time and resources to turn a level 6 fortress into a new harrenhal, a super fortress, they could do so and get a powerful upgrade. Or say you wanted to create a massive palace of some kind to represent your dynasties wealth and power. Potentially could even have merchant republics able to create massive ports overhauls in the capital city, or create massive masoleums and ancestral tombs. So on and so forth.

"Harrenhal" was what I thought when I read the dev diary -- a project spanning generations! So something like this would be nice.
My own suggestions would be Aerys II's potty projects, that could spawn when you have a mad ruler of the Iron Throne. So:
The City of Marble on the other side of the Blackwater The New Wall, which allows the Iron Throne and Wall to expand north.
Also, let's not forget the other Wonders Made by Man -- the Triple Walls of Qarth, the Three Bells of Norvos, the Long Bridge of Volantis, and the ruined Palace of a Thousand Rooms (for the earlier bookmarks when the Sarnori still live!)

Wonders Made by ManYeah on the citadel I only suggested the library because its one of the wonders that the dev diary mentioned so yeah it could definitely be localised as the Citadel. Valyrian roads are already in the mod, same as the Kingsroad. Great Pyramid of Ghis - definitely, and maybe wonders for the copy in Meereen. I like these suggestions, although I would say that really theres not much that separates Harrenhal and say Storms End, the Eyrie or Casterly Rock, sure Harrenhal is bigger but defensively they are probably the same, so I think there should be some kind of grand fortress wonder already present in Storms End, Harrenhal, Winterfell, Highgarden, the Eyrie, Moat Cailin, Sunspear, Bloody Gate, Casterly Rock, Riverrun, the Red Keep, Dragonstone and the Hightower which can also be built at immense cost and taking a huge amount of time. The City of Marble is almost better represented by an entirely new holding as would the new Wall But the Walls of Qarth and the Bells of Norvos a really good call, and a rebuildable Palace of a Thousand Rooms wonder that can be rebuilt if you seize Saarnor back from the Dothraki.

Oh I know they're already in, but they're not actual wonders I honestly can't wait to see how far they develop the new Wonders feature. So far upgrades and stages to each Wonder is on their list, think they said they want to try and get an actual history ala title history/artifact history implemented.

I had a thought, it's not so much a wonder per se, but if provinces can have multiple wonder slots this might be a good idea for the fact that most southron castles have a godswood, but the mod won't let them because they aren't old gods.
This could work by renaming the godswood holding to Heart Tree, then having a new wonder for the godswood. This would let places like Harrenhal etc all have a godswood as a nice little flavour addition, and characters who wanted to grow theirs could do so over time, whilst also still having the old gods have temple holdings
