Kind of a small thing but shouldn't Young Griff have the GFX Culture Western Valyrian? He is stated to have blue eyes, not the Targaryen purple like he is represented in the game.

The same could be accomplished while keeping him in the Valyrian GFX culture. You'd just have to tinker with the DNA of Young Griff to get him to have blue eyes. Shouldn't be hard at all, provided you know the DNA for him WITH blue eyes. EDIT: Try using this to help. DNA is split into 11 frames starting from d0 to d10. Eyes are d6 and eye color is d9. So all you'd have to do is find the right frame with blue eyes (Valyrians have two frames with blue eyes) and then adjust accordingly. Use the link as well for a more thorough explanation. ck2.paradoxwikis.com/Portrait_modding#DNA

I do not believe the High Valyrian GFX has a blue eyes feature, I have only ever seen purple and that pale-ish colour

It does have blue eyes. Eye color 2 and 5 respectively are blue IIRC.
