I spend a good deal of time playing R'hllor characters in Essos and nearly all of my characters always have a lot of time invested into the Alchemist's Guild. In previous versions of the mod, when you visited a region as a commander you could have the opportunity to cure the illnesses of lords and ladies of that region, or anyone really, but the condition that someone you are attempting to heal must also be a commander with you to receive healing has been added to both healing events, via alchemy or the red god.
Healing, miracles, and manipulation of fire are a very lore heavy part of the R'hllor religion. You don't see the same kind of miracles being performed by priests of other faiths in the books. Just as Thoros of Myr was sent to convert Robert, and Melisandre to convert Stanis, a red priest converting a lord puts them in a rather powerful position. In the case of Stannis, he converted all of Dragonstone, killed anyone they didn't, and then tried to ride that faith out into the world. Thoros failed with Robert but succeeded after his resurrection of Berric Dondarion, in converting the Brotherhood to the red god.
I've always thought the mechanic of being able to go to another province and convert key characters to R'hllor and possibly convert that province to the red god was an amazing feature. It certainly wasn't overpowered because it's limited by a large number of factors:
1. The lord in question has to like you
2. Red miracles don't always work
3. Wasting red magic on others means less for you
4. Travel can be tedious as its sort of a micromanagement feature to go around converting your lords
5. The person in question has to already be sick
6. Red magic is limited by sacrifices.
In the absence of dragons and weak power, I've used the powers of healing to keep my landholding kids alive, in the realm of a powerful dragonlord I've converted entire continents. Not being able to, feels like a missed opportunity.
I'd also like to add three of my greatest rivals in the mod were all a result of this feature, a character with Chosen by Rhllor lives to insane age (like 148 years, seriously, I wanna be chosen just die already) , and can become unusually powerful as important and powerful people in their kingdoms just seem to die less.

I'd like to see the ability to heal people in the province where your character is currently situated, other than your own court and home province, return, or the ability to visit the court of another lord added. It would expand and add gameplay variety to Essos and anyone who uses the Alchemist's guild.
