3.0 update bringed to us a lot of content, including new traits like Groomed, which is very similar to Fashionable from AGOT. Both of these traits exist in the mod and generated characters can be Groomed and Fashionable at the same time. It happened once to me when a Fashionable character gained Groomed trait.
I think there is no reason to keep both of these traits.

You can be well groomed and unfashionable. Just as you can be uncouth and the height of fashion.

Fashionable and uncouth are set up as opposite traits, so no, you cannot be uncouth and fashionable.

Which I think makes sense, but the way I see it fashionable has more to do with clothing, jewlery and the like, while grooming would refer more to behaviors and the way one acts. So you could be fashionable but perhaps you don't eat as politely as you could or bow in the exact proper manner. |

They're not at all. You can wear the most fashionable clothes while still being an ungroomed mess. Just like you can neatly groom yourself but still be an unfashionable dag in your clothing.
