Hello, bit of a noob so I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask or if it's already been addressed but I noticed recently that I can't declare war with congenital submod activated. As long as congenital is activated, there are no valid cassus belli that permit me to declare war. When congenital is deactivated I'm able to declare war as usual. Was wondering if there is a fix available for this? I really enjoy playing with the overhaul submod. Thanks for any help. Is it maybe because CO is at v1.8 and the main mod is at v1.9? Yeah, I should have been specific about what I was asking. I was wondering whether there was a quick fix to still have the mod function? As in modify some script that may be the cause of the issue? I know it sounds super naive given how complex that could potentially be, and to be sure I have no idea cause I'm a noob. I was just wondering if anyone has happened to find a work around, some outdated submods still function so I was hoping maybe this would be similar; to be fair congenital is probably more complex than those other outdated mods. I don't know the inner workings of congenital or the overall scope of the mod so I was surprised it'd have an impact on war declaration. To be clear, not criticizing just highlighting how little I know and understand. I really dig the mod so look forward to an update or fix and I appreciate the people responsible for it. |

Yeah, Congenital Overhaul is a lot more involved than the majority of sub-mods as far as the number of files it touches so it has a lot of issues if you're using it on the wrong version. 1.9 was a relatively small update as far as new features though so updating CO yourself isn't too hard.

Is it easy enough for someone to post a beta update, until the legit one goes up, especially considering it could be weeks or months? I haven't been able to play because I really feel this submod adds too much to not play.

Why else would I be asking if someone else could do it in the meantime, this exact situation has happened in the past involving Lancelot and StoneWallace, so I was seeing if that same situation could happen again. |

I would share what I have but I'm using a stripped down version made to work with Tubbs faces. I'll have to see what files are missing and if they need updating before I upload any unofficial version.

Honestly, I would almost be interested in a stripped down version, I use Tubbs but I like the extra Valyrian Steel Swords, the traits, and House Drace. I like the crowns, I just wish they worked with Tubbs. |
