More Bloodlines Submod - v3.0 Now Out (AGOT 2.2 compatible)

Ok the new update should be good for release, please let me know if you come across any bugs etc.
Here is the changelog for it:
v 1.9
-Changed way family armour (etc) decision works, should fix armour spam
- New arifacts, credit aconda :
- Bolton Flayed Armour
- Summer islander feather cloak
- Brownbear cloak
- Leopard skin cloak
- Many completely new artifact images by aconda
- Changes to Map:
- Added new ruined province of Skane with its own High Lordship
- Added a province for the Gates of the Moon, removed it as Barony, also gave it to Jon Arryn in his father's lifetime matching that he held it for his father
- Added a separate province for Oldtown, carving the city into a "citadel" composed of the Starry Sept, the Citadel and the Hightower, and a City proper, both have 7 holdings with the Battle Isle province being castles and septs, and the city province being cities and septs, with one castle as a command controlling the city
- Added a separate province for Kings Landing, carving the city into the Red Keep of baronies (the fortifications of the Red Keep) and a single sept, and a City proper, both have 7 holdings
- Added ruined province of Morne under the Tarth duchy, it is surrounded by a new sea province to prevent Essosi characters being able to colonise it
- Redrew the Iron Isles to give more houses counties, reduced baronies as appropriate, added a barony for Erik Ironmaker
- Added a ruined province of Hoare Castle on Great Wyk, it is surrounded by a new sea province to prevent mainlanders from being able to colonise it
- Gave the Royces of the Gates of the Moon their own sigil and separate dynasty and added it to dynamic COAs
- Added new cadet houses for House Stark, houses Harstark (Stark of White Harbour) and Barstark (Stark of Barrowton, thanks to foxwillow for the fun idea of the -arstark element shared with the Karstarks, and the sigil for the Harstarks
- New bloodlines, see new bloodlines list
- Fixed Oakenfist localisation
-Fixed the Tyrells and Florents not getting Garth Greenhand bloodline
- Added new trait gain for whales and sea lions for the farwynd bloodline
- Raventree should now be regrown multiple times
- Hornwood inheritance event tweaked, chosen candidate more grateful to Starks, Beren Tallhart becomes Hornwood even if Larence chosen to make sure Hornwoods have more dynasty members
- Great Warg bloodline now requires a dynasty to create it, should reduce the bloodline from being created
- Tweaked startup of Skinchanger Society to make less skinchangers be spawned and make sure you aren't constantly asked to join
- Skinchanger society quests tweaked, less great wargs should happen, less artifacts, less crazy high percentages
- New walrus skinchanger trait
- House Ironmaker sigil
- Some sigil tweaks
- Added a new regional buildings system to reflect the different millitary specialisms of particular regions
- The Iron Throne should be built if you win Aegon's conquest and choose King's Landing as capital
- Made Robb Stark robust (he is described as brawny)
