I have moved both the files from this download into my MOD folder and I cannot see any of the new bloodlines. Am I doing something wrong? Running any other submods? I managed to get it to work! I just had to restart my computer, I guess it didn't finish installing yet. Thank you guys.

Hey rufff1, do you think alysanne targaryen (Good Queen) deserve a bloodline? inherited only female...I read fire and blood and much that she did about women ... what do you think? Hmmm so this is a complicated one I've given a fair amount of thought to. First off Jahaerys and Alysanne worked together as a pair and anything one of them achieved was through the help of the other so in my mind his bloodline is in many regards hers. It's almost a shame a bloodline can't have a joint founder because jahaerys without alysanne would not have been so great at all. In terms of Alysanne in canon only two of her daughters had children, Daella whose daughter (Aemma Arryn) married straight back into the Targ main line and Saera who had a few bastards of whom little is recorded at all. So realistically in canon the Alysanne bloodline if it's matrilineal dies out with Rhaenyra Targaryen. Now I have created bloodlines that lasted far less time (Bloodraven, Shiera Seastar etc) but those bloodlines don't currently a parallel bloodline that partially represents them like the Blood of the Conciliator does with Alysanne. Secondly the bloodline either means I have to reduce the bonuses of the Jahaerys bloodline or really unbalances it and makes targs with both unstoppable. I don't want to reduce the jahaerys bloodline effects as Alysanne's dies out so quickly so by creating the bloodline I'd severely unbalance their kids who'd have an insane diplomacy level. Lastly, owing to westerosi culture and marriage traditions I've shied away from matrilineal bloodlines. Now I've made bloodlines like Khiera of Leng and the courtesans of Braavos the bloodlines are obviously matrilineal but in westeros where people tend not to trace the female descent people wouldn't really notice a matrilineal bloodline (there are exceptions to this, so Black Aly gets a bloodline because her bloodline is a magic one, she has no way to pass on Blackwood blood but I think her kids should be able to use my trait gain system to get crow skinchanging as if they had the Blackwood bloodline) but for non magic/genetic (tall, strong etc) bloodlines, where the bloodline is just meant to reflect a reputation that helps you pep up troops or win a negotiation or convince people of a cunning plan westerosi people won't care who your great great grandma is (shitty and patriarchal as it is). This is at the heart of why there isn't currently a Queen Alysanne bloodline and why Dany has a patrilineal bloodline, i.e. if you started a jahaerys playthrough after 5 generations the targs probably wouldn't have the Aysanne bloodline and the only person with it would be the great great great granddaughter who is in a random barony somewhere with alyssane's daughter having been married to a lord paramount, whose daughter was married to a high lord, whose daughter was married to a lord, whose daughter was married to a poorer lord whose daughter was married to a baron (for example) if I take a look at my playthroughs and I trace my female line in a agnatic or agnatic/cognatic setting like westeros, unless I'm marrying them back into my own line it only takes a few generations for them to become almost completely irrelevant.

Actually, targaryens would have alys Anne's bloodline until viserys and aegon III. Baelon married his sister, so viserys I would inherit the bloodline and then viserys I married Aemma giving the bloodline to Rhaenyra who would then give it to her children. Following that the targaryens start to get rather undiplomatic with only a few targs every generation or so being natural diplomats (Aemon the Dragon Knight, Daeron the Good, Baelor Breakspear, maester Aemon and Aegon the Unlikely. It sort of makes sense with Alysannes bloodline going away when it did. The generation after Aegon III and Viserys II were mostly awful.
With Targaryen sibling marriages it would probably stay in the family for a while.

With Targaryen sibling marriages it would probably stay in the family for a while. Ok so by extinct with Rhaenyra I meant no longer passed on by her kids (although thinking about it Rhaenys the Queen who never was alkso has it so Laena Velaryon and her Targ daughters by Daemon, so it would rattle around Baela Targaryen's Valyrian kids for a while), but it leaves the main Targ line with Aegon III who can't transmit it. Regardless I stand by not wanting to reduce Jahaerys' bonuses as the Alysanne bloodline dies out pretty quickly and this stops their kids being OP. However, I agree Alysanne was great which is why the description makes a point to mention her at length, and I think I might actually change the title of the Bloodline to be "Bloodline of the Conciliator and the Good Queen" to better reflect that this is essentially a joint bloodline

I misread your post actually. Which is my bad. Rhaenys actually doesn't have it as her mother was Jocelyn Baratheon.

in my mind Alyssane's bloodline would give +1 diplomacy and a buff with ladies or somenthing in this way...but i get it.
