I've just discovered a bug that probably needs a fix, since it got my ruler excommunicated - it has a sizable impact on the game.
I got a -30 opinion malus for Minimum Faith Authority from the High Septon. The thing is, I'm not the King who implemented the reform, nor have I ever been King, nor am I in the Council. So I'm not involved at all and yet, the High Septon's opinion of me has a -30 modifier for "Minimum Faith Authority", which also caused my excommunication.

NOTE: It might be because he is a Lunatic. If it's meant to be that way, please confirm it and ignore the bug report.
