I know a lot of bloodlines have been suggested but hear me out. In the event that the leader of a demon worshiper cult is discovered and they hold a significant amount of "dark power", they are given a bloodline. One that increases dark power gain, visibility (If the bloodline holder is part of a cult) and decreases piety. If possible it could also grant the ability to summon a familiar despite not being part of the cult. I figure if a witch is discovered its usually pretty minor but a leader of a cult should count for something.
