Give Brynden Rivers his own CoA and House

OK so currently when legitimized Brynden Rivers is made a Targaryen, and while that is technically the case the reality is I'm pretty sure he was still separate from the main branch of the family, like many legitimized bastards who created cadet houses throughout history. The main reason for this is he had his own coat of arms, one which looked similar to the Targaryens but still distinct (cadet house-esque) but there's also the fact that he wasn't even brought up at all at the Great Council of 232 AC as a possible successor. I would personally have him have his own house called house Bloodraven with his actual CoA. He really shouldn't be a part of the direct Targaryen line IMO.
