If you successfully conquer Dorne (not negotiate annexation - conquest only) then you should get to name your new lord paramount of Dorne as your 'Warden of the Sands'. Jon Rosby was named Warden of the Sands and castellan of sunspear during Aegon I reign in the first conquest of Dorne. After his death no one was named and the conquest was abandoned
