I'm not sure if its because they aren't vassals or because Tywin isn't your main enemy but whenever I play Robb and defeat the Iron Throne I then have to spend the next few years rescuing a bunch of Northern hostages from Tywin - Harrion Karstak, Wendel Manderly, the heir to Oldcastle etc, and half the time they die from the imprisonment before I can get them out, either they should get released at the end of the War, or I should at the very least be able to prisoner swap the Westerman prisoners I have captured for them
