I'm not as pro this as my other suggestions but I do think it's a good enough idea to suggest. According to this Wiki of Ice and Fire article, Saath survives through the support of Ib and Lorath - awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Saath - in game there are trading routes through Saath that also go through Ib and Lorath, that's great, but I think it could be argued trade alone wouldn't be enough, and in the mod it certainly isn't. So I propose a perpetual alliance feature. Saath is allied constantly to the head of the Lorathi and Ibben states, and when a ruler of Saath ascends on the death of their predeccesor they have the option to renew the alliance (which an ai would always do) or, for players who might wish to expand into Lorathi territory (or Ib who knows what crazy crap people will do) the option to choose not to renew it. Same for the player leader of Lorath and Ib, but not the ai.
Also I've suggested this before (albeit a few years ago), the Tall Men should either have their own trait or get the huge trait at a much higher rate than others, same for Omberi. These guys are supposed to be taller than most men, maybe averaging a greatjon umber height, and a tall one possibly the size of the mountain, and there would be many tall ones. A unique trait would be good, but you'd still have to allow for them to be giant more often. Just want to see these guys living up to their name. Disunity and Dothraki martial prowess led to their fall, not being crap or un-intimidating warriors.
