Man it has been a while, and a different forum, but no waxing nostalgic I have some suggestions.
A gamerule to turn off council voting on other members place on the council. Man does this annoy me, I either have to let otherwise capable people go because my other councillors don't like them, and get an opinion hit with said councillor who could be a powerful vassal, or become a tyrant. Rock and a hard place. But worse still I have at times been spammed with these damn votes, perhaps if you were to implement this you could have three options. Council voting normal - as it is now. Council voting cooldown - give a nice beautiful cooldown to the voting so after a vote to kick a councillor happens whether it succeeds or fails no one can initiate another for at least a year preferably a couple of years. Council voting off - obviously, no more voting.
The gamerule to disallow seduction and intrigue for ai reallowed. I HATE the ai having these available, seducers are so annoying. If you don't want them off in your game fine, but at least please don't take the option away for the rest of us who strongly dislike being forced to play with it on, the whole point of the gamerules are choice, something I think players can't get enough of.
Lastly, I don't think the Kingsguard should ever rebel or go into any faction but crown loyalists. However I understand that since they're playable you may want players to have options, a solution could be a gamerule called 'Kingsguard loyalty' or some such, and with it on they can't enter a faction but crown loyalists, they are ALWAYS loyal to their king (in civil wars for instance), and an option to turn it off, so that a player can muck around with them if they so wish, or if you want to see your Kingsguard fight a war against their own king. If you don't like the gamerule idea I think at least something needs to be done, like making it that honorable men will always be loyal to show they take their oaths seriously no matter what.
