Pagan Reformation Features for Pirates and Corsairs

So I've had a chance to scope out the new Holy Fury features dealing with pagan reformation. I feel like these could be a suitable replacement for the Pirate and Corsair "adopt a religion" events. In holy fury, control of holy sites allows reformation, rather than prestige or empire size. These can of course use features of other religions the way Holy Fury blends. A good example would be a seafaring doctrine who sacrifices to the lord of light. Since Pirates are often made up of diverse cultures its not too farfetched they would adopt a religion with mixed features or beliefs.
