I just tested and found no issues with it. Are you sure you are using version 3.0 which fixed issues with missing retinues?

Should be religion = valyrian_rel not valyrian.
Though I think it used to be correct so they probably changed it at some point.

Thanks I've already fixed it, but before I push the fix I want to check if something else is broken. I noticed 'cause I couldn't console switch to the religion with "valyrian" The culture based ones should still show, in fact they did in my testing hence the question.

OK, since no one responded with any issues I'm going to assume everything else works fine. So I updated the mod with the fix for the Valyrian religion retinues

Is it compatible with 1.9 ? Any plans to update this for 1.8? It works on 1.8, or at least it has for me as North and Iron Islands. Unless they change how retinues work in the game this should always work, but if something's not working let me know and I'll look into it. If they changed the name of a culture or religion again those specific retinues will be missing but the mod should still work

Is this compatible with 2.0? For the most part, it's fine. It's missing the required tech trigger and extra building cost at start for a couple of the palace buildings. Also, retinues that have a religion attached to them don't have the reformed variant included, so if a religion that gets reformed that had used that retinue, it will no longer be available.

There's a cataphracts retinue for yi ti and lengi cultures; only one I could see.

Jogos Nhai are nomad horseman pike are the natural counter and crossbows were big in china.
