GC/fAegon invasion to press claims of GC exiles as well?

Is there any way to change the peace conditions of fAegon's invasion to make him press the claims of the exiles in the GC, just as Rolly Duckfield becomes LC of the Kingsguard, as it seems a little illogical for Aegon to become King and not restore the lands of the men that just helped him win his throne? Some that immediately spring to mind are the Strickland lands and maybe give Laswell Peake, who we are told is a dispossessed Lord one of the old Peake castles, also maybe grant Franklyn Flowers Cider Hall setting him up as a new branch of the house as he tells Aegon that as he sees it he is "brown apple fossoway"
