Hello everyone!
Is there a way of removing the elections for Valyria Freehold.
Context: Revived Freehold with Ageon and choose Volantis as capital. But then, Celtigar wins the election a pops up the decision if a want to conquer other lands/oversee colony. Is there a way to cancel the election so it is a normal Merchant Republic, by console or file editing?

Not sure if you can change the freehold government via laws, which you can do to an extent for Merchant Republics, though if you can select triarch for life, elections are canceled and if you select a designated heir of sufficient strength you can in fact keep it in chosen lineage-otherwise the elections will be reinstated.
Otherwise would probably involve disabling a maintenance event I imagine, though not sure which one.

I guess it`s one of the characteristics of the Freehold that differs them from the rest of the MR. thanks for the reply anyways... I guess I will look west next time!
