I was thinking you could add unique buildings representing the major thrones, ie Iron Throne, Seastone Chair, Driftwood Throne of the Velaryons, the Oakenseat living wood throne of the Gardeners (in the earlier submods until some point when the dornish burn it), the Wolf Carved throne of Winterfell, bringing some prestige boost and maybe a chance that if you sit the iron throne and you are cruel/lunatic/dishonourable etc it can give you the scarred trait (like mtth 5 years - along the lines of king scab) and in rare circumstances kill you (like mtth 100 years or something, ie Maegor the Cruel), potentially this could be expanded that if you hold a king tier title you could build your own throne but offering less of a prestige boost as it lacks the history of say the seastone chair or Iron Throne

I would agree on an extra building for the Iron Throne, but everything beyond that seems slightly excessive. The other thrones are never really acknowledged as highly prestigous unlike the Iron Throne, which overshadows the others by quite a good bit.
The Iron Throne wasn't what made the Targaryens and Joffrey lunatics, it was incest. The Throne is unrelated to that.
Also Maegor's death was not neccessairly caused by the Iron Throne on accident. He may have intentionally commited suicide on it. But the notion that you can die of the Throne is also quite cool, bit seems like too much of a hassle to implement.

Sorry to be clear I meant it more from a RP perspective with only a slight prestige boost for the non Iron throne thrones, also wan't saying the throne made the targs and Joff lunatics, but meant that Kings getting cut by the throne is a theme that is meant to symbolise the throne rejecting a mad/unstable king, so would be quite cool if the scarred/maimed traits could trigger from the throne
