Could you add Protector of the Realm as an honorary title? It would by default belong to the king if he's an adult, or to the Regent if the king is a minor.

Another suggestion: the regent's title could be changed to Lord/Lady Regent. Nothing important, but it would be a nice little detail.

Another suggestion: "Shield of Lannisport" could also be an honorary title that could be granted by the Lord of Casterly Rock
