Idea is quite simple... although I know it would be probably long and annoying to do.
Mark every significant dynasty in Westeros (and maybe some Essosi?) dynasties.
Once one of those dynasties dies out, you'll get a notification about it.
Either by war declaration like notification... Or the ones like when someone gets killed/executes.
Small notifications with story/without story telling you about extinction of a certain house.
And if possible, maybe also add near extinction notifications? Like when Dynasty has only a single living member?
Let player be notified about these dynasties being nearly extinct and maybe try intervening to save the dynasty?
If possible, making this optional would be great way to manage it. If people doesn't want to get occasional notifications, they can turn it off in rules.
