So this is just a thought that I just had.
Currently, the pirate's change of religion is, in my opinion, a little dull. But with the upcoming DLC, I thought of something (I'm probably not the only one) My random idea was for a pirate to ''reform'' a religion when abandoning piracy. That way we will have the ability to form our ideal religions. I mean who wouldn't want to marry their sisters without being valyrian? I have no idea if it's even possible without changing the pirate religion.
Just a random suggestion. I would love to see the reform system being implemented into the mod.

Sounds really awesome. I know some things don't make sense in the game, but this legitimately sounds super fun. It makes sense for pirates and it would make even more sense for EVERYONE.
A lot of people find Essos dull (unfortunately) even though it has much richer history than Westeros. And most of this "dullness" can be attributed to religion too. Some religions like Gods of Lorath or Gods of Harmony don't have all that many mechanics behind them.
By giving players ability (which may be turned off in game loadout) people can transform some of these religions into something more fun. And it can be even justified, if these reformed faiths would count as heresy of sort. To spice it up, each religion could have special cultural bonuses or options to choose from.
Nothing in lore can't dismiss this. However nothing can also justify it. More or less it can be grey area where people could experiment little bit more with less used religions. Or just reform the pirate faith into something more customized.
