I am playing as King of the Iron Throne, I have only one son and he is not abomination of incest or anything, and of course, he is High Valyrian, but the damn Lord Paramount of the Reach doens't want to betroth his daughter three years older than my son with him, even if is matrilineal. Yes, I have good relations with him.

When you attempt to arrange the marriage, if you hover over where it says no, it should tell you why he won't accept the marriage.

It says ''Marriage controlled by another player'' as the main reason.

"Marriage controlled by another player" means that the woman your trying to marry your son to has had the restrict marriage box ticked by a player (which could be you), just check her character page and see if Restrict Marriage is turned on and turn it off if it is.

maybe try consoling to the father and either unticking it there or have him make the marriage offer
