Hi,
Just wondering where I would go to see (file wise, in order to change things...) how regularly an NPC would hold a tournament in their region and what effects them from not holding it as I have had no invitations so far. I can hold one but I want my character to compete in one, and I know you can't compete in your own tournament.
And help would be appreciated.
