Wouldn't it make sense to have all concubines who are force kidnapped be assigned a slave trait if their liege has adequate laws enabled?
It just doesn't make sense when a character dies and all of his concubines essentially become free.

You can enslave a character and then take that slave as a concubine. This gives you the option to do both.

Yes but you can't enslave a salt wife who wasn't a slave prior to her kidnapping though.

I was referring to the concubines that you get via the ironborn raiding event if i wasn't clear earlier.
They just don't get assigned the slave trait and since the event doesn't imprison them you can't enslave them manually either.
