I've looked around trying to find the answer and I have finally seen it in the game with the Florents using their banner rather than the Highgarden CoA.
My question is, how the hell do I do it? I've looked everywhere in game and its probably something easy, but I suck. I apologize if this is a redundant question. But it's driving me crazy.
I have all the CK2 DLC as well as the most updated GOT Mod. Thanks!

I have all the CK2 DLC as well as the most updated GOT Mod. Thanks! It's the dynamic COA system of the mod, and is only available for pre-scripted dynasties. In a nutshell, for those dynasties supported by it (basically all the Great Houses that historically hold a Kingdom/Lord Paramountship or are important High Lords), a copy of their dynasty COA is made as a fake landed title. Then there is a custom event effect that will replace the COA of any landed title owned by someone of that dynasty (or just the dynasty head, if you change that game rule) to the dynasty COA, which is called whenever a title changes hands (conquered, inherited, or created). If a dynasty does not have a dynamic COA, the titles will be reset to the default COAs.
