These two features are mechanically probably not very complex, but I assume that, unfortunately, they would be very hard to implement with base CK2 mechanics. Namely, those are:
1. Wars not being automatically won if the enemy leader is captured. If we went by CK2 logic, the Defiance would have ended in Darklyn victory the moment Aerys was imprisoned, and Robb would never have been able to declare war on the IT since Edd (the official LP of the North at time) was imprisoned in KL. Obviously, having your ruler captured should be a big blow to your cause, but it shouldn't always be an insta-loss, sometimes the second in command/your heir should be able to take over and continue waging the war. Of couse, I'm not sure how this could feasibly be implemented without some complicated, out of the box solutions, since I'm pretty sure the "insta-win upon leader capture" feature is hardcoded into CK2.
2. Make kidnapped characters actually go missing (get that special "missing" trait) and make it so that you don't instantly know who kidnapped them. It would arguably make the feature more fun from an RP perspective and would add the option to try and find out someone's whereabouts (which would be determined by comparing your intrigue skill to the captor's intrigue skill).

1 - I don't see how that could be possible. In game terms, Robb didn't declare war on the IT, Ned did, Robb would have been an ai controlled courtier at the time. Imagine if one of your ai vassals did something that got your character executed while you were in prison.
2 - That's not possible. In order for the kidnaper to do anything with the kidnapee, they have to be in their court. If kidnap just made the character missing, there would be no benefit to doing it.

The Defiance really wasn't a war. In CK terms it is more like a regular imprison plot or a unique event.
