is Massey's Hook de-jure under the stormlands now? I just had aegon create the iron throne and was made highlord of Massey's hook but was immediately put under Orys in the stormlands I could have sworn it was under the iron throne directly was that changed recently?
Also why is Aegon being really dumb with Dragonstone he keeps giving it to random lowborns or is that just for me?

A few versions back the crownlands de jure was made dynamic post conquest. It's possible that the AI aegen didn't properly subjigate massey's hook thus not changing it to the crownlands when the event fired.
As for the dragonstone thing, the AI's vassal management is always a bit questionable.

Massey's Hook becomes de jure part of the Crownlands if Aegon decides to go for Westeros during his invasion, otherwise it is de jure Stormlands. If Aegon decides to make Dragonstone or Harrenhal his capital, it also disappears from the Crownlands.
AFAIK there is no way for it to become Crownlands if Aegon goes for Essos or chooses an ahistoric capital, other than by de jure drift.
